Vinification

This wine was made from Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Touriga Nacional grape varieties. After pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours at 8ºC. Fermentation took place in a wine press with a controlled temperature of 24 ºC. It was then aged for 24 months in 225 and 500 litre new French oak barrels and 18 months after bottling.

Hand picked into 15 Kg boxes.
